In a recent discussion with a peer in software development we discussed the requirements gathering processes while utilizing an agile development methodology. Clearly, in agile development requirements are still gathered, however, they are done so in smaller chunks. In contrast, a traditional requirements process is much more time intensive and completed prior to proceeding into further lifecycle phases.
