- Analyzed the company’s inefficient product delivery system. Coordinated with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, then managed the end-to-end delivery of the project while multi-tasking as designer/developer creating a web-based system that contributed to the companies 125% revenue growth.

MILITARY EXPERIENCE

- Continually promoted throughout a twenty year career to lead a dismounted cavalry reconnaissance unit with 106 soldiers, maintaining $7 million in equipment and successfully deploying the unit to Afghanistan.
- As a Police Mentor Team Chief in Afghanistan from 11/2008 to 8/2009 lead a team 15 Soldiers and 3 local national linguists in the training and mentoring of 273 Afghan Police in a fast paced environment. Performed additional duties as a Field Ordering Officer and Contracting Office Representative managing multiple reconstruction projects totaling $488,000 over a 10 month period.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, plan, and execute logistics plans while serving as Executive Officer for an 80 soldier cavalry troop resulting in promotion to the Senior Logistics Officer for a 360 soldier Cavalry Squadron.
- Supervisors have commended my ability to develop and mentor leaders within my organizations resulting in my last five officer evaluation report ratings as ‘outstanding performance, promote now.’
- Served as platoon leader for a 28 soldier security platoon during a deployment to Iraq from 11/2003 to 1/2005.
- Earned numerous awards, medals, and commendations including four Army Commendation medals and the Bronze Star for combat operations during Operation Enduring Freedom.
