I build the systems and governance that make enterprise data actually work—end-to-end, from intake to automation to AI enablement. At McKinsey & Company, I own operations for a strategic client activation program, governing intake, workflow, automation, and performance metrics across 129+ active client communities.
I spent 24 years in the Army National Guard, including combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and command of units up to 106 soldiers. That experience taught me how to lead under pressure, make decisions with incomplete information, and build teams that execute in complex environments.
